Iced cocoa with cheese foam

A healthy iced cocoa almond milk, topped with cheese foam made of Began Creamer 


Ingredients 

  • Began Creamer 1 tbsp

  • Warm Water 60 ml 

  • Cream cheese 40 g

  • Sugar 20 g

  • Salt â…› tbsp

  • Vegan Whipping Cream 60 ml 

  • Began Premier Dark Cocoa 10 g

  • Began Creamer 20 g

  • Hot water 60 ml

  • Syrup 15 ml

  • Almond milk 150 ml

How to make

1. Whisk Began Creamer with hot water and chill. Use a beater to beat cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth 

2. Add whipped cream into the mixed cream cheese and whisk it until it holds to peaks, then add the chilled Began Creamer, beat until it becomes mellowy foam, and chill it in the fridge

3. Mix Cocoa and Began Creamer with hot water, then add syrup and almond milk 

4. Pour the drinks into a glass and top it with cheese foam, then decorate your special glass as you desire
